About Us

Beloved in Christ, I am glad to communicate with you through this website which is born out of the amazing love and grace of our Lord Jesus Christ. After I came to know the truth, that is He (Jesus) is our creator and he paid His own life on the cross to redeem me, I started living for Him as a faithful and grateful child. When I read this verse from Bible "Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth" Colossians 3:2 I realised living as His child alone is not enough but also must share His burden and build His kingdom and this has become my vision for the ministry. This "Hand of Jesus" website ministry is part of the above mentioned vision.

1. Biblical teaching for young generation

One of our main desire is all of our chidren must meditate the word of God everyday. So that they can live a life that is pleasing to God and be blessed. So we have given below, the simple character study with biblical verses for each day from the Bible. When our kids read and meditate the bible everyday, they will grow in the Word of God and develop relationship with Him. This will enable to raise a Godly generation in future. So I request all the parents to encourage your children to read and meditate from this website

Train up a child in the way he should go, And when he is old he will not depart from it. - Proverbs 22:6

2. Helping for the needy people

Christianity is to worshiping God on one side and helping the needy people who are crying out to God every day. I believe these both well make a person who is next to God's own heart. That is why bible says:
"My children, let us not love in word or in tongue, but in deed and in truth". 
1 John 3:18
There are many poor people who are worshiping God in small hut and temporary sheds. There are many orphans,  widows and destitute people in need of food, cloth and medical fecility. When I decided to help such a people, I struggled to find the real needy people. Now many puerile contact me for help. Since I will not able to help every one,  I will mention the details of such a people in this site. You can contact them directly and help. If you need any help, we are happy to do it. Identifying the right needy people is also part of our ministry.

God “will repay each person according to what they have done.”  To those who by persistence in doing good seek glory, honor and immortality, he will give eternal life. Romans 2:6-7

3. Helping in spiritual growth

There are many puerile who wanted to do some thing for God and  they also have different talents and abilities. But the church may not be able to give opportunity to all the people. If you are poet or singer or writer or kind of acts that can be published in our website,  you are welcome to send it to our address. We will pray and go through it. If it is really worth for others spiritual growth,  we will publish in this website. You can also post your prayer requests. We assure you that we will pray for every one's request.

Therefore comfort each other and edify one another, just as you also are doing. 1Thessalonians 5:11

The main focus of this website ministry is to help the kids to meditate the word of God, help the people who are in need and encourage the new believers to grow spiritually. Let us unite together glorify the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Brief note on Hand of Jesus ministry

This ministry started in 2012 at Kilinochi and Mullaitheevu districts in Srilanka and now spread many place in Srilanka. Our God has provided all the needs of this ministry through one family and leading to His vision. I request you to pray for me to continue this journey till the end. Many thanks.
